This course is for the Nurse who is exhausted, overwhelmed and a little anxious. In RNE, I took all the lesson's I've learned the hard way in my own life, the repeating themes I coaching my 1:1 clients on and created RNE. RNE will let you quantum leap so that you don't have to take legit years to figure this stuff out like I did. This is giving you the tools to actually create long lasting resilience to thrive in your career and home life.

RNE is NOT for you, if you're not ready to take radical responsibility for the role you play in your experience of burnout. We are going to be uncovering deep rooted belief systems that no longer serve you and it's hard work, but the feeling of knowing exactly who you are and what you want at a soul level is worth it, every👏🏼 damn 👏🏼time 👏🏼  We are going to dive right into the work, if you're ready to learn, take action and ask questions, then wash rinse and repeat. EVERYTHING will change, but you need to be fully invested in yourself for RNE. This is a pre-recorded content based program, so you will need to be learning self-paced. There is live Q&A calls biweekly to get clarity and insight of the work you've been doing.

I take a no BS approach to give you real life understanding of why healthcare is the way it is and how you can feel better while working in it.
