What clients are saying...

It was so wonderful working with Janna! We hired her to speak to USF Health students and staff (Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, and Medicine) on the topics of time-management, stress management, and burnout. Janna provided tangible tips and recommendations for decreasing stress, increasing motivation, managing life's competing priorities, and more. Our community was able to relate to Janna's personal experiences in her career field and those who attended thought the presentation was very beneficial. I highly recommend working with Janna for your next program or event!"

- Olivia Moon, M.Ed. Assistance Director for Student Engagement & Wellness, USF Health

"Janna provided a session for staff and it was so well received, I asked her to present a session on signs of nursing burnout prevention for our students.  This is a very tricky topic to address, as we certainly do not want our current students, a very vulnerable population in the midst of a pandemic to feel as though they should depart from nursing education because they are fearing burnout before getting into the profession.  Janna did a phenomenal job of keeping the focus on the importance of self-care and persisting through challenging times in order to get to the other side.  She maintained her passion for finding success through achieving a balance and having awareness.  She presents very thoughtfully with her words and her charisma is ever-present throughout her talks."
