54. The End of a ERA, the end of EmpoweRNment

Over here at Janna Holterman Coaching things are getting complete uprooted. It's time, the business has been run roughly the exact same way since I started in January 2020. I am not the same person I was then by any means and I feel that the burnout coaching I've done for 5 years also needs to shift and grow into something new.
